Plucky AI is a career intelligence platform that provides resume guidance, job matching, hiring manager outreach support, and interview preparation for IT and cybersecurity professionals.

Plucky AI provides guidance and tools. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome from using the service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up.

Free accounts receive 5 coaching messages to explore Plucky AI. Paid plans use credits as described on the pricing page.

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your current billing period.

All paid plans are covered by the 90 day money back guarantee described in the Pluck Promise.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the content you submit to Plucky AI.

Plucky AI and its underlying technology, branding, and content are owned by PluckJobs LLC. You retain ownership of the content you provide and grant us a limited license to process it so we can deliver the service.

Plucky AI is provided on an as is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PluckJobs LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date shown above and, where appropriate, notify you within the product.
